About Each Session

Proposal Sessions

What’s Included

  • Planning & Location Scouting — I’ll help you choose or confirm a location that matches the vibe you want (romantic, natural, intimate, dramatic, etc.).

  • Deposit Fee & Contract Signing - There is a NON-REFUNDABLE of $75.00 fee. This fee goes towards your remaining balance of the session. Also a signed contract is required to secure your session.

  • Discreet Coverage — I’ll be positioned in a way that stays out of view until the moment, then capture the proposal without disrupting it.

  • Posed & Candid Shots — After the “yes,” we’ll take a few posed portraits, plus natural shots of your reactions, hugs, etc.

  • Image Delivery — Edited digital images delivered within 2-4 weeks.

  • Sneak Peek — A quick preview of 1 favorite photo will be delivered shortly after the session, so you can share or relive the moment right away.

Outdoor Sessions

What’s Included in My Outdoor Session Package
  1. Pre‑Session Consultation
    • A call or questionnaire to understand your vision: session type, mood, preferred location, outfits, style.
    • Guidance on outfit choices, colors, props to bring, and timing (best light: golden hour, etc.)

  2. Deposit Fee & Signed Contract
    • Depending on the session chosen, there is a NON-REFUNDABLE $75.00 fee. This fee goes towards your remaining balance of the session. Also a signed contract is required to secure your session.

  3. Outdoor Location & Timing
    • One scenic outdoor location of your choice (within my service area) or suggestions from me based on what fits your vision.
    • Scheduling during “golden hour” or optimal natural lighting to get flattering, warm tones.

  4. Session Duration & People Included
    • Up to 2-hours of session time.
    • Includes immediate family [up to 5 people*] / couple / maternity / engagement. *Additional people may have a small extra fee.

  5. On‑Shoot Support
    • Direction and posing help so you feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera.
    • Encouragement and prompts for spontaneity and genuine moments (laughs, connection, movement).
    • Multiple outfit changes if feasible / if included.

  6. Props & Personal Touch‑Ups
    • You’re welcome to bring meaningful props (blankets, hats, etc.).
    • Small styling items or accessories can be included / discussed ahead of time.

  7. Editing, Deliverables & Expected Number Of Final Images.
    • 1 favorite photo will be sent the day of the session.
    • Final edited digital images (color correction, retouching, etc.).
    • High‑resolution downloadable files.
    • 2-4 week turn around.
    • Full album.

  8. Digital Gallery & Sharing
    • Secure online gallery for viewing, selecting, and downloading images.

  9. Weather / Backup Plan
    • In case of bad weather, having a backup date or location.
    • Clear policy on rescheduling. We are able to reschedule to another day and time, however there are NO refunds. 

  10. Travel & Fees
    • Travel to the location included if it’s within a certain radius. Outside of that, travel fee may apply.
    • Any necessary permits or admission fees (if applicable) are discussed ahead of time or included in price.
