What To Expect

 

Before the Shoot

  • Planning Call
    We’ll connect beforehand to clarify what your brand represents: your style, your message, the mood you want, how you’ll use the photos (website, social media, print, etc.). Knowing this helps me plan shots that fulfill your goals. 

  • Wardrobe & Styling Preparation
    Pick 2‑3 outfits that reflect your brand’s personality. Think about pieces that fit well, feel authentic, and align with your brand colors. Avoid small busy patterns or large logos that distract. Bring accessories and plan for what’s comfortable and flattering. 

  • Props & Storytelling Tools
    If you have items that are part of your work or brand (laptop, notebooks, tools, products, coffee mug, flowers, etc.), bring them. Props make your branding photos feel personal and show more about what you do. 

  • Grooming / Hair & Makeup
    Whether you hire a pro or do your own, plan your look ahead. Make sure clothes are clean & pressed, hair is styled, skin is well‑prepped. These small details matter on camera. 

  • Logistics Confirmed
    We’ll finalize the location, timing, number of outfit changes, and any back‑up plans (for weather, etc.). Having clarity here means less stress on shoot day. 

DURING THE SESSION

  • Warm‑Up & Direction
    We’ll usually begin with some casual shots to loosen up — sometimes a quick chat, music, movement. I’ll guide you through poses, expressions, posture — the goal is to help you feel comfortable and natural.
  • Variety of Looks & Outfits
    If you’ve planned multiple outfits or “looks,” we’ll change mid‑session to capture different styles (formal, casual, lifestyle) to give you a mix of images you can use in different contexts. 
  • Using Props / Environment
    We’ll use the props you bring, as well as interesting locations (if outdoors or workspace) to add depth and story to your photos. We may use natural lighting, or a mix with flash/reflectors, depending on setting.
  • Pacing & Flexibility
    Sessions usually last an hour or more, with built‑in breaks (for outfit change, wardrobe touchups, etc.). We work at a pace that lets you feel relaxed—not rushed. If something isn’t feeling right (outfit, location, pose), we adjust.

     After The Session

  • Proof Gallery & Selections
    I’ll send you 1 edited photo the same day of the session. This is where you will tell me if you like the editing style that was done.
  • Final Editing
    Once I get the final okay the images are edited: color correction, lighting, minor retouches. The goal is consistent, polished photos that fit your brand.
  • Delivery & Usage
    You’ll receive high‑res digital files ready for your website, social media, marketing materials, etc. These photos will be delivered thru an online gallery within 2-4 weeks.
    If you need them sooner, please advise the day we chat. There will be an extra fee that we can talk about for priority service.

Starter Branding - $250
45‑60 minutes, 1 location, 1‑2 outfit changes
15‑25 edited images, online gallery, basic retouching & usage rights
Entrepreneurs who need fresh headshots & a few lifestyle shots

Essential Branding - $ 325

~ 90 minutes, 1‑2 locations, 2‑3 outfits
~ 30‑45 edited images, mood board + shot list, usage for web/social media
- Small business owners or creatives who want a variety of images for their brand presence

Content / Brand Day - $400
2‑3 hours, up to 3 locations, 3‑4 outfit changes
~ 60‑80 edited images, behind‑the‑scenes content 
Businesses launching a new product, doing a rebrand, or needing content for many platforms
